Wendy is awesome! When my son moved out of our Ohio house, the movers busted a pipe and flooded the house. Wendy constantly checked in on the mitigation and restoration process for us. She used her connections to find us significantly higher quality carpeting and tile for all the floors at a lower price than the restoration company offered (we asked and she agreed to make all of the carpet, tile, and paint selections for us - she kept us in the loop but we had already figured out that she was way better at this stuff than we were). Then she staged the house, and it looked amazing. It only took her about a week to sell the house for way more than I was expecting. Again, Wendy is awesome!

I’m way late getting this out there as I typically do not leave reviews. In this case I will make an exception for the simple reason that Wendy did an exceptional job selling our home. If you you are looking for a “run of the mill” realtor, and there are thousands of them out there, don’t bother calling Wendy because she is as far from run of the mill as you will ever find. From the beginning, Wendy walked us through every step of the process and made it as easy as it could possibly be. Selling a house is a stressful endeavor but from day one Wendy talked us through everything and made it as stress free as it could possibly have been. And now to the best part. We thought that we knew what our home was worth and so when Wendy told us what she thought the listing price should be, we were very skeptical that it was not what we had in mind.
